What the Scanners and Coach Actually Do
The scanners apply fixed, published rules to your own holdings and watchlist and show what comes out, along with the rule behind each result and a score we calculate. A high score means a contract fit our rules well on the day it ran; it is not a prediction and not an endorsement. The roll coach sets out the choices available on a position you already hold — hold, close, roll, or take assignment — with the arithmetic for each. It does not tell you which to pick, and it does not know your tax position, your other accounts, or anything happening in your life.
Options Risk Disclosure
Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every investor. Selling options can produce losses far larger than the premium received, and selling a cash-secured put obliges you to buy shares at the strike price even if the stock has fallen well below it. Before trading options you must receive and review the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options from your broker. The wheel strategy is not a low-risk strategy: it produces small, frequent gains and occasional large losses, and the tools on this platform do not change that.
No Guarantee of Results
Past performance does not indicate future results. Annualised yields shown by our tools assume a trade is repeated at the same rate for a year and that nothing goes against you; they are a way to compare trades, not a forecast of income. Backtests, scores and projections come from models with real limitations, and your actual results will differ.
Market Data: Delayed and Estimated
Stock prices and indicators come from end-of-day data, updated once each weekday evening. Option prices come from a free feed whose quotes are delayed and indicative — estimates rather than the live bid and ask you would trade against. Every candidate and coach figure is labelled with its data source and quote time. Always verify prices with your broker before placing an order. We make no representation about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.
Your Own Data, Your Own Numbers
Income, win rate, cost basis, tax figures and pattern findings are calculated from the trades you entered or imported. If your journal is incomplete or contains errors, those figures will be wrong in the same way. The tax snapshot is a rough check of your journal, not a tax document: real wash-sale rules run 30 days either side of a sale, apply across every account you and your spouse own including IRAs, and can be triggered by options. Your broker's 1099-B is the authoritative record, and a CPA should handle your filing.

The AI Coach chat uses a large language model and can produce inaccurate, incomplete or outdated statements. Treat it as a conversation partner, not a source of truth, and never act on it alone. The scanners, roll coach, income tracker, daily brief and pattern findings do not use a language model: they are arithmetic applied to your data under the rules shown alongside each result.
