Terms of Service — Arowana Profits

Acceptance of Terms

Arowana Profits (“the Platform”) is operated by Exodon Profits LLC. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the Disclosures. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old.

Educational Use Only

The Platform is for education and information. Scan results, roll-coach choices, scores, income figures, guardrail warnings, briefs and pattern findings are not recommendations to trade and are not personalised advice. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, we do not execute trades or hold funds, and using the Platform creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. Every trading decision is yours, and you are responsible for its outcome.

Market Data

Prices and option quotes come from third-party providers, are delayed, and in the case of option quotes are indicative estimates rather than executable prices. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or availability, and you must verify prices with your broker before trading. Data may be interrupted or withdrawn by a provider at any time, which can delay or prevent scans from running.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Do not share your account or any API key you add. Tell us promptly at support@arowanaprofits.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. One person per account; accounts are not transferable.

Plans, Billing and Renewal

The Free plan is provided as-is with no uptime commitment. Paid plans (Pro and Founders) are billed in advance through Stripe on the cycle you choose, monthly or annual, and renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your Account page; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Founders members keep the Founders rate for as long as the subscription remains active and uncancelled; if it lapses, that rate is no longer available.

Refunds

If the Platform is not for you, email support@arowanaprofits.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds apply to a first subscription, not to renewals.

What We May Change

We are actively building this product, and features may be added, altered or withdrawn. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will give notice by email and you may cancel for a pro-rated refund of the unused period. Schedules for the nightly scans, brief and coach are best-effort: a provider outage or a failed job may mean a day without results, and that is not grounds for a refund on its own.

Acceptable Use

You may not: break any law or exchange rule; scrape, resell or redistribute Platform content or the market data within it; share your account with others; attempt to bypass plan limits or security; reverse-engineer the Platform; or use it to build a competing service. Market data is licensed to us for use inside the Platform, and you may not extract or redistribute it.

Your Content

Your trades, watchlists, notes and settings remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store that data, process it to produce your scans, coach output, income figures and brief, and to show it back to you. We do not sell it or use it to train models. You can export your journal and watchlists at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, its code, design, wording and scoring rules belong to Exodon Profits LLC. You may use the outputs for your own trading and record-keeping; you may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Platform itself without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exodon Profits LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, from errors or delays in data, or from decisions you make using it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, or wind the service down entirely; if we close a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the period you paid for. You can export your data before closing, and deletion follows the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or a prominent notice in the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept them. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We would rather sort out any problem directly, so please email support@arowanaprofits.com first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
